Structure

General Meeting - the supreme body of the Association, which has the right to take decisions on all matters of the Association's activities.

Competence of the General Meeting:

1. Acceptance, introduction of amendments and additions to the Memorandum of Association and the Charter, as well as the adoption of their new version
2. Election and dismissal of the President of the Association and members of the Management Board, members of the Audit Commission
3. Discussion of the financial statements
4. Approval of the strategic programs of the Association
5. Decision-making on the establishment and opening and closing of branches and representative offices
6. Approval of the Agenda for regular and extraordinary General Meetings of the Association
7. Hearing of the general report on the activities of the Association

The Presidium –control,  supervisory and arbitration body.

The Board elects the Presidium of the Association for a period of 5 years.

Presidium functions:

1. Assistance to the Association in cooperation with public authorities and management of non-governmental, public and international organizations
2. Promoting the implementation of the program documents adopted by the General Meeting and / or the Board of the Association
3. Monitoring of the implementation of the association's statutory responsibilities and tasks of the Association
4. Attracting funds to finance the Association and ensuring the formation of the material and technical basis of the Association
5. Decision on granting state awards on behalf of the Association and the Association for the award-winning
6. Arbitration functions in resolving disputes between members of the Association
