World Psoriasis Day

Today, October 27, a scientific-practical conference "The Future in Psoriasis Therapy", dedicated to the World Psoriasis Day, took place in Astana.

Event organizers:

Kazakhstan Association of Dermatovenereologists, Dermatocosmetologists

Department of Dermatovenereology and Dermatocosmetology of NJSC "Astana Medical University".

During the conference, listeners had the opportunity to hear reports from:

• about the latest research in the field of psoriasis therapy presented at the international congress EADV in September 2022
• about indications, contraindications and nuances of the use of genetic engineering therapy
• about adjuvant methods of external therapy of chronic dermatosis
• about generalized data on psoriasis types 1 and 2.

In addition, within the framework of the conference, a section of reports of our young colleagues - residents of the Department of Dermatovenereology and Dermatocosmetology of the Astana Medical University was held. The event was attended by 80 dermatovenereologists. Special thanks to colleagues from Karaganda, Kostanay, Semey and Almaty for finding the opportunity to join us to gain new knowledge!
