On June 4, within the framework of World Melanoma Day, Kazakhstan Association of Dermatovenerologists and Dermatoсosmetologists holds an Open Day, which provides for free admission and examination of the population in order to early diagnose skin cancer and raise public awareness of the problem of skin cancer.
You can not only get advice on modern methods of prevention, but also learn about the rules for using sunscreen.

I Kazakhstan Dermatoscopy Forum

For the first time on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the VI Eurasian Congress of Dermatology, Cosmetology and Aesthetic Medicine, the First Kazakhstan Dermatoscopy Forum was organized, dedicated to the latest method of non-invasive non-contact diagnosis of malignant and benign skin lesions.

The Forum was decorated with “Dermatoscopy Battle” - an interactive intellectual contest between the national team of Kazakhstan and the world team in the face of the best masters of dermatoscopy.

Dermatosurgery master class

On June 1, an educational master class for residents, dermatologists and dermatologists on dermatosurgery "Skin Biopsy and Minor Surgery" was held by the incomparable Nellie Konnikov - Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Medical School of Boston University, Head of the Department of Dermatology at the Boston Medical Center, Dermatooncologist.
The intricacies of dermatosurgery comprehended 37 resident dermatovenerologists and 8 practicing physicians.
